These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Room Redesign. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Room Redesign is an AI-powered interior design service that allows you to upload photos of rooms and generate redesigned versions in various styles.

2. Account Registration

To use Room Redesign, you must create an account using your email address or Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Free Tier

New users receive 2 free watermarked redesigns. No credit card is required for the free tier.

4. Paid Packs

We offer paid packs for additional redesigns without watermarks:

• Room Pack: 80 restyles for a one-time payment
• Home Pack: 120 restyles for a one-time payment

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Restyles and re-rolls count toward your pack total.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload images you do not have the right to use
• Upload images containing illegal or harmful content
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Resell or redistribute the service without permission

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a license to process them for the purpose of generating redesigns. Generated images are yours to use for personal or commercial purposes.

7. AI-Generated Content

Our service uses AI to generate room redesigns. Results may vary and are provided "as is". We do not guarantee that results will match any specific expectations or accurately represent real-world outcomes.

8. Intellectual Property

Room Redesign, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded content), is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Room Redesign and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
